It was actually very nice, I was a little surprised just because it was also about the least expensive room in the area on a Saturday night. The neighbors were all quiet. Room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave.

This is an older hotel, but it was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Cameras all around the property which made me feel safe and wasn’t afraid to leave my all my personal belongings in the car.

Ive stayed here each time i pass through Wendover Utah. Its value is great , its service staff is friendly, it's kept up nice and clean, overall experience is good. Like i said I've stayed about 6x now. Always happy.

A run down hotel staffed by people who don’t want to be there and have no training in basic customer service. Breakfast was the worse setup of all Quality Inns I have been to. Never going back.

This hotel was not great. You walk in to check in and immediately you notice the threat of fines if you have a pet in their non pet rooms,They highlight the pool and hot tub in their amenities, but of course, neither were working. The fruit at breakfast was over rip

Very clean property. I liked that the rooms faced inward away into a patio away from the street noise. While not the property's fault, the surrounding streets, including the main street, weren't walkable at night, dark except for the casinos' neon billboards. Also there were many flies in the lobby area at breakfast. A fan pushing the air out when opening the door to the lobby would be helpful. Lastly, and most importantly, the cement stairs to the second floor need to have a structual review. One step leading up to our room is ready to break. A warning should at least be posted while you decide on a solution. The pool and jacuzzi seemed very nice. We also appreciated the help from the front desk regarding directions.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. The building is aging and some parts show it. The staff is friendly.

The room was tired. Only 1 chair to sit in. Flies in the room and ants in bathroom area. Shower head pipe was loose in wall and hot water was intermittent. Only saving grace was bed was comfortable. My husband called it a dump

The room itself was ok. The rest of the property was a dump. Check-in curt and unfriendly. No elevator. Stairs dangerous and loose. Breakfast was a joke. Would not stay there again.

Giving it a second thought on a next time.

This is our regular half-way-there lodging on our travels to visit family. We have stayed 6/8!times. We stayed 2 times in ten days this month, going and returning. Each visit this month had issues. Both times lamps and clocks were not working in our room. On investigation we discovered they were unplugged. Why??? It required us to crawl around on hands & knees to plug them in. One had us reaching under the bed to reach the outlet. Each visit the in-room coffee was not stocked. First time no coffee, second time no tray to insert pod into machine. First time NO working ice machines or any available through front desk. Second time at least one machine was working. It is a relatively quiet location. Rooms are clean. Breakfast has choices, though this time the oj was “ out of order”. It would seem housekeeping needs better training or a checklist before exiting the room.
