It was actually very nice, I was a little surprised just because it was also about the least expensive room in the area on a Saturday night. The neighbors were all quiet. Room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave.

When pulling up to the building it looks like a third world country prison. Grungy and unkept. While walking through the hallways, same feel. The positive.....Inside the lobby is inviting and clean. Gentleman behind the desk was helpful and very friendly. Once inside the room, very spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night time. To save a few dollars and avoid the smell of the casinos, I would stay here!

My curtain was dangling so I fixed it. Breakfast the first morning wasn’t the best because the eggs were overcooked and the waffle mix was runny. They fixed though and the next day was much better.

It’s a very worn property. They’ve heavily textured over everything, including vents and what not, so it kinda looks nice, but the sink leaks badly, the shower valve isn’t attached to the wall, you have to pay to watch tv, and the carpet is pretty worn. The staff seem rather angry and annoyed with our brief interactions. The good? Super comfy bed, good lighting.

This place is gross!!! There was hair all over the bathroom and sink was filthy, white “stuff “ on the carpets, the room smelled like smoke and it was no smoking room. The breakfast area hadn’t been wiped for a long times. We would never recommend this place.

Be aware

The front desk attendant swiped my VISA card then told me it was declined for the incidentals. I said there is no way I just booked the room, all while checking my account no charges, no alerts on my account. Then proceeded to tell me my Mastercard that I booked the room with was declined. Mind you I booked the room with my Visa I gave him at first that he swiped, I said excuse me? He said "I will figure it out" then said nevermind and my Visa was charged, he then said " I only charged you one time not two". The MOTEL was filthy, the AC didnt work. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We stayed in room 109. The property was extremely understaffed. We were made to wait to check-in because the lady at the front desk said "her husband was walking the property", this was after 9pm.... The room was clean, however, there was only one wash cloth for two people. Despite the room "being clean" fixtures, tile, area around the tub, tub hardware, paint job in bathroom all seems dated and in desperate need of updating. I don't even mean modernization... it needs updated because time has the bathroom looking a little gross beyond needing a "cleaning". The containers offering shampoo, conditioner, and "lotion" that are permanently attached to the walls are gross, yellowed, and encrusted... they look like they are straight out of my mom's 1983 mary kay collection. TV worked great. Bed and Pillows were comfortable. Bed linens were crisp and clean. The curtains were both broken with the pull rods detached from the fabric. Also.... despite it being August in Nevada the pool area was locked closed the next morning when we went to take a swim and there didnt seem to be a good reason for it. It looked clean enough and swimmable, this was around 10am. Also one of 2 ice machines was also broken. The free breakfast offered a decent selection of waffles, toast, bagels (no cream cheese), eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. As well as juice and coffee. This hotel really seems to be trying hard, but it really needs an actual staff and a big face lift.

I’m not sure how this place even got the rating it has, this place is nasty! Hallways all smell like weed. Dogs everywhere even tho it’s no dogs allowed. Room smelled funky and disgusting. Coffee machine nearly caught on fire. Couch had stains all over it. You’re better off staying at motel 6 or something. I would honestly recommend not staying here if you’re looking for a decent hotel.
