This is an old hotel; it’s more like a motel. The breakfast is really poor. Terrible service at the front desk by Keyla (I believe that’s her name, a blonde woman). She refused to store our luggage for a couple of hours while we waited for our room to be ready, and she also refused to do so at check-out.
I requested basic daily room service, such as changing towels and making the bed (not changing the sheets), and the housekeeping staff—who, by the way, were very kind and polite—told me that the same front desk employee had not authorized them to make the beds.
So if you have the opportunity to look for another hotel, do so. The rates are high compared to what they actually offer.
There are many better hotels much closer to the tourist area.
