I never booked this hotel, never got a confirmation email or anything that would indicate I had ‘mistakenly’ booked a room. I didn’t know I supposedly booked a room until a call at 9:30 pm the night I was supposed to arrive. I was already checked into the hotel I had booked in the same town that evening. The front desk the next day was very unhelpful and said I was a registered guest and had to pay full rate even though I had no confirmation email from them or Orbitz. Pretty sketchy business.

Older motel that has remodeled units with new carpet, black granite looking countertops, new bathtub surround and rainshower head! It was amazing! Asthetically, bathroom door paint is pealing off, ice machine works well but it's in poor condition) We were late getting to motel. Staff called to check when we would arrive, and sent a link to make check in easier if we didn't arrive before they closed.

The room was clean, towels were fluffy, white and absorbent. The bathroom looked like it was newly renovated and was sparkling clean. Water was hot and pressure great. Because of the time of year the rates were good. More than adequate. Probably noisy in the summer but was perfect for us Dec 3-5th

Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Very adequate for my needs while I attend a conference at Campbell's. The lighting is great and I appreciate having a desk. The desk chair does not adjust; but perhaps I'm not operating it properly. Bed is wonderfully comfy and the shower has plenty of hot water. Thanks so much!
