Guests have full access to the property; locked closets are intended to remain locked for the owner's privacy.

The entire property is reserved exclusively for our guests. There are areas within the complex that are for owners only, such as the 'Owners Pool'. Please be mindful and respectful of these areas.

This space is specifically stocked and decorated to accommodate overnight guests. The beds feature luxurious hotel-grade bedding, including sheets and towels.

• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use.
• Wifi for your streaming purposes.
• Ductless, wall-mounted Air conditioning.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided.
• Pack 'n' Play is available upon request; it is not kept on property.

We offer beach chairs, a beach wagon, towels, and an umbrella for our guest to use during their stay.

Bikes are a great way to get around and enjoy our town! We have 2 available for our guests to use during their stay!

Wells is centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
