I was surprised to go to downstairs to see all the dirty laundry in the stairway. Multiple comforters and sheets which left us with minimal. I also realized that when we came in 2024 there was a crockpot and this year 2025 I didn’t bring mine and there wasn’t one here. The gas tanks were just about empty when we used the gas grill and fire pit.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. We liked the screened in porch area. Living room was big enough for the family to be together and play games and relax. Good communication from the owner.

This house is in my favorite neighborhood and was just a perfect place to spend our vacation. The home is very clean and tidy and has everything that you need. It also had the most comfortable couches of any rental we’ve ever had. It was so nice to have a place to sit and enjoy at the end of the day. The owner was very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely return. Thank you again.

The house was clean and comfortable. There was lots to do within a short drive, and the beach was walkable from the property but not if you had anything to carry.

Amazing home

What an absolute delight this home is. The trees in the back keep it nice and shady, with deer and turkey passing through, while also being a close walk to the marsh, and about a five minute drive to the ocean. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Maison spacieuse et très confortable. Bien située par rapport à un accès à la plage de Moody (environ 20 minutes de marche). Cuisine très bien équipée. Petit solarium agréable. On y retournerait.

Perfect Beach House!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect for going to the beach and also close to Rt. 1 if you wanted to venture out. The house fit our family perfectly. Beds were comfy, showers were great, and the Roku TV was a bonus. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and we hope to rent this place in the future.

What a fantastic family vacation. Was able spend time family and friends. Beautiful improvements to the kitchen. I keep forgetting the amenities that are available to use, it’s nice to have. Looking forward to next year.

This house fit us very well, perfect size for us the neighbor hood is very nice and quiet only draw back is it is to long of a walk to the beach with kids however a short drive.Would definitely be interested in returning, great time.recommend to all.

Quiet neighborhood

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the public beach. The rental was well stocked and living space was comfortable. There is a nice private backyard with fire pit and grill. Ogunquit is a gem (even with the horrible traffic).

A Relaxing Family Place to Stay

I highly recommend staying at the Bluebird House. The neighborhood is quiet with nature trees. It is so close to the estuary and ocean-great for walks each day. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. There are window units for air conditioning that work very well, as does the unit in the LR. The basement is not air conditioned. We ate on the porch each morning and the seat on the deck was very comfy for reading. Kevin was very responsive when we had a question, and he was so thoughtful to email us with an alert for the beach. We loved the photo, flag, and bar commemorating Bob! This is a great place to stay for a family!

Awesome cozy beach house

This is a wonderful home in a nice woodsy neighborhood only a few minutes to the beach. The house has everything you could ever need! Is spacious and well kept and very cozy. I will be staying here again and highly recommend it!
