Come relax, unwind, and rejuvenate in the salt air at this peaceful place to stay, a short 1/2-mile walk to sandy Crescent Beach. Public beaches in Wells and Moody are a short distance away. Spend the day at the shore and come back for drinks and sunset on the deck overlooking the marsh. This house is a private cottage, close to shopping, restaurants, and all the excitement of this popular beachside community.

Note: rentals from June 25th-September 4th are weekly rentals only.

This is a 3-bedroom property with a cathedral ceiling common area and fully furnished galley-style kitchen. 2 bedrooms are upstairs in the main living area of the cottage, and the third is a separate entry basement living space with its own bathroom and kitchenette.

Please note, although this home sleeps 10 people, with two small bedrooms in the main house and a studio apartment in the basement (with a separate entry), it is a small house (600 sq. ft in the main house and 400 sq. ft in the basement).
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Lovely!

We had a great time at this property. The host was very responsive when we had questions. The layout was perfect for our group, but may not be for small children. Beautiful area with lots to do! The one thing was that the lower area needs a heat pump as it was hot and muggy.

Great vacation spot

This home was a perfect location for our family. It was in a quiet neighborhood and not far from anything. The only downfall is the downstairs bedroom only has access from outside. So in order for our teenagers to join the family in the main living room, they had to walk outside. This wasn’t fun when it rained. Other than that the house was super cute.
