We arrived to find our unit unlocked and door wide open. We had been emailed the entry code prior to arrival. No one was in the unit but it was disconcerting as to why would the door be wide open. Nothing was disturbed and unit was very clean so we entered and settled down. After a long day of travel we were not feeling up to a long restaurant wait time (even take out pizza had a 90 minute wait for pickup) so we opted for a microwave meal from the market just down the street. TV was small but worked fine. In the morning the coffee maker wasnt working properly and shot water all over the shelf it was on so I called the office and a new coffee maker was delivered in just a very few minutes. Great service. Other than that we didnt see or need any staff member. the tip envelope was used and had scribbles but it still opened in back so we could leave a tip for the room person who did a great job cleaning the room- it was very tidy. location of our unit #24 was the closest to the street so road noise was there -especially the motorcycles roaring by on the main road so if you want quieter go for a lower number unit as that will put you further from the street. There was coffee and tea available in the room, as well as 1 large dinner plate, 1 fork, 2 knives, 2 smaller plates, 2 small mugs. This was convenient and unexpected. Mattress was OK, not great but not horrible. Bedding was decent & clean. Safe, reasonably priced, fit our needs this trip so we'd book again if in the area
