Spacious modern family home with room for everyone. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and open plan living. Large master bedroom (with ensuite) has its own deck and breathtaking views to the south coast. Caters to families with outdoor fire, spa, board games and separate downstairs living for the kids. 7.5km to the zoo. 8.5km to the airport. 4.3km to Te Papa and the CBD. 7km to see the seals at Red Rocks. 1.5km to Island Bay village, with supermarket, cafes and cinema.
Please note one skylight has a small leak and is scheduled to be fixed. There are also a handful of small insignificant cosmetic patches that require paint.

Everything was great. Plenty ofroom for five separate people Unfortunately, didnt get to use the spa pool as previous occupants left it dirty and water very low. Got in touch with Book a bach and came around and rectified it that day. Thought we would use it that night but unfortunately had not heated up enough. Otherwise property was excellent. Shops just down the road - 5 minute drive.
