The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located large 5 bedroom home! Located along Evans Bay Parade, it is a quick drive to many of the top Wellington attractions!

Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one ensuite for the master, with a jet bath and twin shower!), wardrobes for all rooms. The second living room upstairs has been converted to a large sleep out with 3 beds.

The space
This is a modern 3 storey, 180sqm townhouse. 3 large bedrooms, one study and 2 living areas, one which has been converted to additional room with two beds - this is room is not used unless requested by guests, or if there are more than 6 people staying at the property. All bedrooms has wardrobes, and private balcony.

There are three full bathrooms including one master ensuite, with spa bath and twin shower. The kitchen is modern with gas cooking and all the whiteware for cooking. Large open plan living on top floor, with 65inch smart TV, YouTube premium, Prime video + other local streaming services. Free super-fast WIFI for guests to use. Single private use garage with additional storage area. The location is right near the bay, wharf access just across the street. Shared garden area at the rear of the property.

The location was ideal for our busy schedule during our daughter’s wedding over the weekend.Steve was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.It would be nice to have clearer details for the address of the property. It was difficult to know which town house in the complex.The beds were okay but one was a slat bed with several missing slats making it unusable. We used the mattress on the floor.There was no shampoo provided as described in the listing.It would be nice to have some basic needs like tea and coffee, salt and pepper supplied.We were expecting something a little bit nicer for the expense.

Wonderful accomodation for a large group looking for communal but also quiet spaces for writing, etc. Great communication with the owner. In walking distance of cafes including an EXCELLENT bakery right next door!

Hi there, we were a little confused was to which apartment it was an it took some time for us to find a contact phone number to call, once we did that it was fine. One of my house colleagues did vacuum the up living area as it appeared not to have been done recently. and needed to unblock the shower drain in the middle level bathroom (it was full of hair and the usual bathroom gunk). The soap supplies in all the bathrooms was sub-stranded- most had been watered down. Parking was a tad tight. The place was warm and the beds clean and comfortable, we liked that the living was on the top floor and the kitchen was well appointed (apart from the lack of dish washer powder (we cleaned the dish washer before using it, it has a smell before that) We did like the place and would stay there again.
