Please be aware there is a separate, two bedroom apartment directly above the studio. The two units may be booked together, subject to availability. The entire studio is yours to enjoy. We are one street back from Cuba Street and local favourites such as Loretta, Kisa, Logan Brown, Highwater and many more! You can access the entire CBD by foot - there is no need for a car during your stay! Access the rest of the city by Uber/taxi and public bus service with bus stop minutes from your door. There is a parking building located close by where you can pay for parking in a secure location. If you are driving, we suggest parking out front or on the footpath as you unload your bags and then move the car to a street car park, or for more longer secure parking there are several parking buildings close by. AroLiving is a new inner-city low rise apartment complex. As some apartments in the wider complex are in the final stages of completion, you may experience some day-time construction noise.

The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
