The room was spotless, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I recommend Champers. My room was short on a plug in the sink and a fish-slice, but other than that, #VeryGood. Thank you for your help.

Room feel neglected. Carpet was old and dirty. Very uncomfortable and unhygienic. Room had multiple spiders, moths, mosquitoes and flies. There was a giant cockroach crawling on the bath towel. Bed was very soft. Fridge was noisy. Could not get a good sleep.

Having viewed a number of negative reviews moments before our stay, I would say the owners of this motel have taken those comments on board, and made some measures to improve the standards, and we were very satisfied with our accommodation. We stayed in room 10, 20, and 22 which all had fantastic shower pressure. I initially booked 3 standard twin rooms, but the owner upgraded one of our rooms to a room with a kitchen knowing we had 7 adults and two toddlers in our group which we were very grateful for. They never promised a 5 star facility, but we feel we were given 3 well presented, tidy rooms with comfortable beds, good showers and clean facilities. Despite the language barrier, the cleaner who we requested extra towels from was very pleasant to deal with and I witnessed him assisting other guests without a fuss with their requests. I honestly have nothing but appreciation to share to the owner and his team. Abundant blessings with your future travellers to Champers Motor Inn and thank you for the accommodation.

Probably the worst Motel I have stayed in. 1. Booked for 2 but cutlery 1 knife only 2. One dinner plate only. 3 Tried to contact reception but advised to phone a specified number - this an Answer Service covering many motels and couldn't understand my request. 4. TV wouldn't work. Again phoned Answer Service to be advised at 7.00pm nobody available to remidy my request. 5.In morning reception would not accept that me problems had not been solved.\ and passed the blame on the cleaners On arrival we were not shown to our motel but just pointed to Unit 5. Anyone staying here in future insist on being shown to their unit and check everything with Motel staff in attendance. They will not see us there ever again
