- Bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds
- Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 4 has 2 bunk beds, bottoms are doubles and tops are singles
- The couch, indoor and outdoor tables and fire pit seating all seat 10
people
