Inside, the home offers a well-equipped kitchen with a high-top dining table and four stools, opening into a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. Each of the three bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with a twin, and one with bunk beds—features lovely harbor views to greet you each morning.
When you’re ready to explore, Mayo Beach is just 2/10 of a mile away, along with the town recreation area featuring basketball courts, tennis, a skate park, and a playground. Local shops, galleries, and restaurants are also close by.
After a day of seaside adventures, unwind on the deck, fire up the gas grill, or rinse off in the classic outdoor shower. With the new ductless AC unit (2023), you’ll stay cool and comfortable all summer long.

Everything went very well. The only complaint I have is trivial. It seems that over the years people have left Tupperware containers behind to the point where the cabinets are full and there is hardly room to store food
