Centrally Located Victorian Style Home (1428)

This centrally located Victorian style 3 bedroom home is just a short distance from the harbor and village center. The interior of the home features bright eat-in kitchen and living room with comfortable seating and flat screen TV. A door from the living room opens onto the wrap-around screened in porch. The second level has three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a twin bunk bed, and the primary bedroom with a king sized bed. The bunk bed room includes a lofted space great as a kids hang out or reading space (accessible via pictured ladder). Great amenities include wireless internet, gas grill and washer/dryer. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

Great Stay on the Cape

Great house to stay on the Cape. The house was clean upon arrival and looked as it did in the pictures. There is also a pack & play available in the house if you are traveling with a little one ( don’t think that is listed as a feature, so just wanted to mention). The screened porch was perfect at night, no mosquitoes & a great cool breeze. You can also walk to town from the property. Only downside is there is no outdoor shower. But I would definitely consider staying at this house again for our next trip.
