This home is not equipped with a dishwasher, or air-conditioning, but does have an evaporator cooler that works great for the summer days.
This home is wheelchair accessible.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are four cameras: One camera faces the front of home it is located on the well room. It captures the front of the home and road that enters into the home. The second camera is located in the back of the home it captures the rear back yard. The third faces north rear patio door entry and captures entry door into the patio . The fourth is on the patio door and captures entryway into the patio.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
