Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced). Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, barbecue house. In the house: table football, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot. Available: boat. Motor access to the house (2 km via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 30 km, grass beach 50 m, bathing lake. Tennis 4 km, riding stable 16 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Mamry 50 m. Please note: car recommended. Fishing [permit required]. Owner's private jetty available to guests of houses PL1156.100.1, PL1156.101.1 and PL1156.102.1. Agritourism - the owner comes to the property to take care of the garden, greenhouse, lawn mowing and boats.
