The front desk staff was terrible! As I entered the lobby at 10:30pm after a 17 hr day of driving, the front desk attendant was in the back on a personal call & asked me to hold on and continued to ask me to hold on to take a drink and continued to ask me to hold on to text & after about 5 minutes finally approached me to take care of her customer! Telling me that she hadn’t had a “break since 3pm”... Not my problem!! I asked her where I could park the moving truck & trailer & she gave me 3 options. Continuing on to check in, I was asked a multitude of personal questions when, at this point, I was in no talking mood. She then went on to show me a picture of her daughter & says to me, this is why she’s happy & someone brought her a brownie. Sorry, I didn’t ask. She tried to compare her job to mine, a Critical Care COVID nurse, really? When I was finally given a room, I found it dirty and apparently was a room out of order! Luckily, when I had to return to the desk to complain about this, there was a new attendant who was much more attentive & competent at his job. More than anything my experience was very poor mostly due to a poor employee!
