Good experience

Hotel was old and the carpet so dirty! Staff was not friendly!

This was filthy. Bug in one bed. Blood on other. Makeup in sink. Pill and debris on floor. Hallway dirty, not vacuumed. Second room had dirty wet towel on bed, crumpled paper on nightstand. We left. Desk clerk very nice and apologetic. He was very overworked, doing hotel laundry between checking in guests.

No running water for a shower. Room was not vacuumed, dirty shall I go on?!

The front desk staff was terrible! As I entered the lobby at 10:30pm after a 17 hr day of driving, the front desk attendant was in the back on a personal call & asked me to hold on and continued to ask me to hold on to take a drink and continued to ask me to hold on to text & after about 5 minutes finally approached me to take care of her customer! Telling me that she hadn’t had a “break since 3pm”... Not my problem!! I asked her where I could park the moving truck & trailer & she gave me 3 options. Continuing on to check in, I was asked a multitude of personal questions when, at this point, I was in no talking mood. She then went on to show me a picture of her daughter & says to me, this is why she’s happy & someone brought her a brownie. Sorry, I didn’t ask. She tried to compare her job to mine, a Critical Care COVID nurse, really? When I was finally given a room, I found it dirty and apparently was a room out of order! Luckily, when I had to return to the desk to complain about this, there was a new attendant who was much more attentive & competent at his job. More than anything my experience was very poor mostly due to a poor employee!

This hotel is past its prime, and appears and feels drab and dingy. Housekeeping had not completed its work in my room, and there were no towels, and the remote was on the floor.

It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Seems like hotel is run by teenagers who can care less about any concerns. We had 2 rooms and both rooms were still dirty. 1 had urine stains all over the toilet! Bed sheets had stains. We had to get one of the housekeepers to clean rooms again. We tried telling front desk but were shrugged off and basically told to figure it out ourselves as there were no other rooms. We only stayed 1 night even though we paid for 2 nights. Considering requirements that are in place because of Covid I can’t believe this hotel is like this. Hotel is run down but I was ok with this, i just needed clean! I could add more but the rest is too gross to write. I would recommend someone stay somewhere else!

It is a dog kennel. Hallways smells like cigarette smoke , rooms is ok. Staff could careless( the front desk staff became confrontational when I report the major disruption to him)Construction going on til like 6 pm and 8 am starting again . Left windows opened and all the dust came into the room ( workers are blowing the back parking . No breakfast ( because of Covir19 ) I paid over $110! What a scam

They advertise as being in Mt. Shasta but it is in Weed. Parking area is under construction, no soda machine, no breakfast (covid 19) but no discount for not having it.

Nice quiet place to stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. We felt safe. We were active in outdoor activities

Check In was fast and easy. Room was clean and quiet.

We were given a room that was pet friendly that did not look or smell clean, we were not traveling with pets and should have been informed that was the room we were given. The bed and sheets were covered with pet hair. Upon notifying the front desk I was informed that was a pet friendly room and that the rooms that were not were on the second floor and they did not have an elevator so we had to change rooms and walk up the steps to another room that smelled of cigarette smoke, still better than sleeping in pet hair.

Good place to stop for overnight. Clean. Beds good. Free breakfast was better than most. Very close to freeway but could not hear it. Across from starbucks.

This isn't a "5-star" hotel but deserves a maximum review. Here's why: They have a "skeleton" crew running the place but still the breakfast and coffee were great, check-in was fast and friendly, and even at 9pm the desk clerk came by the unclog our toilet super fast. How so few staff manage to keep the place running so well is beyond me. Good work everyone.

It's a perfect place to stay when you visit Mount Shasta.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Beautiful view of Mt Shasta. Woke to snow in the morning. Staff helped with road conditions.
