Nice new hotel, comfortable beds (although an additional pillow would have been nice), nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was to the small side, to the price charged one would have expected more, but they had free parking.

I was in Wedel from 14 till 16 jun 2024, first of all I have booked because of the water view and I got a room with land View, then they told me they have no room free I have to accept the only offer, then morning at 7 till 8 clock noise in the corridor, unbelievable 😌, and after few moments the service from hotel open with his card my room without knocking 😡, the reception of hotel was very kind and helpful, by check out I was 25 minutes late, but they have kindly accepted, at all this hotel is not price value, you can find much better places with same offer. I just toke some minutes to share my view in order to help others

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider alles andere als angenehm. Die Lüftung war offenbar nur Deko – sie funktionierte überhaupt nicht, was den Aufenthalt besonders im Bad sehr unangenehm machte. Die Heizung hat auch nicht funktioniert. Außerdem gab es weder einen Kühlschrank noch eine Minibar im Zimmer, noch nicht einmal ein Wasserkocher was in dieser Preisklasse eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls ein Problem: Die Dusche war verstopft, und das Wasser lief komplett ins Schlafzimmer hinaus. Das Schloss an der Badezimmertür war kaputt, was ebenfalls nicht gerade zum Wohlbefinden beitrug. Besonders irritierend war, dass ein einzelner Handwerker scheinbar für alles zuständig war – von Reparaturen über die Reinigung bis hin zu anderen Aufgaben. Das wirkte sehr unprofessionell und vermittelte keinen seriösen Eindruck. Insgesamt ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in Wedel direkt an der Elbe. Zu Fuß braucht man von der S-Bahnstation ca. 20 Minuten oder mit dem Bus schneller. Dafür ist man direkt an der Elbe und hat dort einen guten Ausblick und kann viel Erleben (Spazieren gehen, Gastronomie, …). Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, das Bett komfortabel. Die Vorhänge dunkeln gut ab. Das Badezimmer ist zweckmäßig mit Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet (der Lüfter ist etwas laut). Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit: Babybett ohne Aufpreis, frisch bezogen, mit Bettdecke und Kissen, direkt ins Zimmer gestellt (und ein modernes, kein altes/muffiges/klappriges). Parkplätze gibts direkt beim Hotel, sowohl außen als auch als Tiefgarage. Der Parkplatz war gut ausgelastet, aber wir hatten mehrmals kein Problem einen Stellplatz zu finden. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Das Personal ist freundlich, der Ausblick war gut und das Zimmer war sauber. Das war es aber auch schon mit den positiven Punkten. Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und stuft sich als gehoben ein und da stimmt einiges nicht. Wie man heute noch ein neues Hotel ohne Klimaanlage bauen kann, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Gerade die Zimmer Richtung Süden werden bei Sonne extrem warm und es ist kaum möglich dort zu schlafen. Fenster kann man auch nicht offen lassen, da dann die Lärmbelästigung viel zu hoch ist. Werde das Hotel deshalb nicht wieder buchen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer wirkt eher billig und es fehlen Dinge. Mülleimer im Zimmer, Kühlschrank und es gibt nicht mal einen Toilettenpapierhalter neben dem Klo. Im Bad gibt es kaum Ablagen. Die Vorhänge sind viel zu dünn und es wird im Zimmer sehr früh sehr hell. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck, dass an allen Ecken und Enden die billigste Lösung genommen wurde und das passt halt nicht zu den aufgerufenen Preisen. Deshalb keine Empfehlung.

Gutes Hotel, leider nicht klimatisiert!

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert! Dass es soetwas überhaupt gibt, es ist ein Neubau! Mag sein, dass man das in der Region nicht so oft benötigt, bei uns waren es 30 °C und es war im Zimmer unerträglich heiß. Fenster öffnen ging auch nicht, da draußen viel Publikum und laut.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Elbe gebucht und ohne Aufpreis eine Suite bekommen. Auch die Parkplätze haben nichts gekostet. Die Lage von diesen Hotel ist sensationell. Man ist relativ schnell in Hamburg oder in Sankt Peter Ording. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es für die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage gibt und das bei den Panoramafenstern. Daher würden wir hier nicht zwingend im Sommer absteigen. Hier wurde ich einen Stern abziehen, aber die Lage gleicht es wieder aus. Was auch sehr angenehm ist, dass Direktbein Strandbad am Hotel ist und auch Cafés und eine Bar mit schönen Außenbereich um mal was zu trinken. Und ab und zu kommt mal ein Containerschiff oder Kreuzfahrtschiff vorbei.

Das Hotel ist neu sehr hellhörig aber sauber und ordentlich. Leider wurde zum Beispiel an Sachen gespart wie Klimaanlage. Es steht ein kleiner Ventilator im Zimmer, der bei den Temperaturen natürlich nicht viel bewirkt. Und für ein neues Hotel hätte ich mir eigentlich eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Das Hotel ist sehr auf Sparflamme gebaut worden Sehr sehr hellhörig. Der Ausblick auf die Elbe ist schön das Personal ist nett und freundlich das Frühstück Nix besonderes. Ich schreibe es extra hier so rein weil ich finde es muss noch viele Sachen gemacht werden und verbessert werden.

Schöner Ausblick aus dem Panorama Zimmer

Sehr positiv zu bewerten ist, dass man ein Upgrade von einem Standard Zimmer zu einem Panoramablick Zimmer bekommen hat, wenn man auf die Stornierungsmöglichkeit verzichtet hat. Somit hatten wir wirklich einen traumhaften Blick auf die Elbe. Monotones Checkin anstatt individueller Gästeansprache. Im Restaurant gab es beim Frühstück einen schönen Platz mit Ausblick, der leer blieb, da starke Staubflusen unter dem Tisch durch Luftzug wieder nach oben gewirbelt wurden und so auf dem Frühstück gelandet sind. Die Servicemitarbeiterin war sehr bemüht, konnte das Problem allerdings nur verschlimmbessern. Auch in den Zimmern war Staub auf den Lampen und Spiegel und Duschglas mit Schlieren versehen. Ein Duschabzieher in den Zimmern wäre eine Überlegung wert. Service: sehr nett, dass eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer bereit stand. Schade allerdings, dass man diese nicht, wie in anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse von Sprudel in stilles Wasser tauschen konnte. Die Antwort hierzu lautete, dass die meisten Gäste Wasser mit Kohlensäure bevorzugen würden. Es gibt sicher die Möglichkeit, bei der Menge im Einkauf auch ein paar Kisten stilles Wasser zu bestellen. Ehering im Badezimmer liegengelassen, 30Min.später angerufen, kein Interesse an Detail Angaben, nur Zi-Nr. Rezeption in Wedel wusste von nichts. Anruf landet wohl im Callcenter. Durchwahl vor Ort wünschenswert. Ring war nicht mehr im Bad, Reinigungskraft sprach kein Deutsch, Zeichensprache ergab, sie hatte ihn in der Hosentasche.
