Recently launched in March 2026, Summit House is one of Western North Carolina’s newest luxury group retreats, designed for unforgettable gatherings, celebrations, and mountain escapes.

The heated pool operates year-round and is designed for all-season enjoyment, operating **365 days a year—even in freezing temperatures—**making it ideal for winter stays, mountain getaways, and luxury retreats.
For everyone’s safety, we’ve added a rule: no glass in the pool or hot tub. Using glass containers around the water areas can lead to accidents, broken glass, and potential injuries. Please use plastic or other safe alternatives for drinks and snacks while enjoying the pool or spa so all guests can relax and have a worry-free experience.
