Hot breakfast was better than most, coffee good. The room was clean, check in and staff was great, but the hotel was way too expensive for Mineral Wells. $150 night, but only decent option, guess that's why it was so high. Hotel needs updating, sheets and towels left a lot to be desired. Adequate for a quick overnight.

This property has gone down hill for us. This was our second stay in 3 years. The rooms were dirty. Everything smelled like cigarettes. The chairs were greasy and sticky. The was a ro*ch on the floor. I did not sleep a wink wondering if there were bed bugs. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was just not up to par this time. The breakfast was good though!!
