22 stairs to room , no handicap accessible or not for older people. No coffee, salt , pepper. Only thing provided was soap, shampoo, conditioner and kitchen soap. They do Have coffee pots , toaster and blow dryer. Not what we expected. Layout and rooms were excellent. Probably would not stay there because of stairs , had knee replacement but guess I could asked prior but thought it would have had that in description before renting.

Property is newly renovated and beautifully done. Rooms are spacious beds are comfortable. Location was perfect and fun. Floors are a bit creeky, so using the bathroom at night without waking others was not possible. Kitchen is well appointed. My only suggestion would have been to leave 2-4 k-cups so guests don't have to wake up and get dressed to search for coffee first thing, we arrived at night. The light outside the front door doesn't go on until late, so it's pretty dark as you're trying to punch in a 10 digit code to enter the property. Owner may want to consider a motion activated light. Other than this, our stay was perfect..
