Lakefront, newly renovated, fully private and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in beautiful Wayne, ME. The apartment is above the garage of a main house and is fully separated with private access and driveway parking. Some highlights
- directly on the lake! Full use of huge yard and the lake itself, with dock and swim platform, for swimming and kayaking (free use of kayak!) - this is a truly beautiful setting
- Huge deck off bedroom with motorized awning and deck furniture (in season) - relax and take in the view
- Newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher
- Elevator access from ground floor to apartment!
- In unit washer and dryer
- Furnished with bed, couch, new 65inch LG smart TV. Couch is an American Sleeper convertible sofabed

Wayne is a very picturesque village with a general store, post office and ice cream place (Tubbys) but is only a few minutes drive to Winthrop, where you can find pretty much everything including Hannafords (Supermarket) and Walgreens. It is a short drive to Augusta, Lewiston etc.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a kitchen island.
