We stay there 6 or 7 times a year to visit family. We have a small dog and request a first floor room and call to make sure they have the message. The woman at the desk had a poor attitude when i brought this to her attention and decided to make sure we were on the 4th floor when the hotel was dead. Plus the side doors dont work and no coffee with the breakfast. No soap and 1 towel in the bathroom. Place is going real bad real fast.
Definitely the nicest place in Waycross Georgia. Its been recently remodeled so everything is noce and clean and they give a pretty good continental hot food breakfast. No complaints at all and will be staying there again.

The staff of the hotel were only there to take your money…they were not rude, but not helpful either. The rooms had been renovated but there were signs of the old everywhere. The pool wasn’t open - no reason given, the lobby was mopped in the middle of the day - slick tile wet for all to walk on. The room phone didn’t work, the fire alarm went off and we were told they were trying to shut it down. I don’t think we had a fire alarm working in the building after that.
It’s seems to be an older motel that is being renovated.

Best hotel in waycross.we visit my in laws about every 6 weeks and have stayed at all of them. Clean, nice staff and full breakfast. Also for a choice hotel it is excellent since that chain is garbage now.
I was unhappy to learn the Jacuzzi suite that we booked was unavailable, but we were already there and unloaded did we went up to room 420. The sofa was filthy and noticed immediately. Walked to the bed to see the top comforter was badly stained, as was the feather bedding underneath. I called down and the desk clerk promptly switched us to 417. This room was worse. We pulled off the dirty bedding and down to the pad was soaked with semen, other body fluids and blood stains. We may have contracted 4 or five STDs just by being in those rooms. It was horrifying. We left and rode a quarter mile up the road to a nice, clean suite at the Holiday Inn. The only positive thing I can say was the guy at the desk was kind and cancelled us without hesitation. I showed him photos. There's no way the maids don't see blood stains like this. Light a match and burn all that furniture and bedding and start over.

room was nice, breakfast was good. indoor pool was supposed to be heated but couldn't tell. the biggest disappointment was that when we left the pool and went to the hot tub there was only 1 or2 degree difference between them. we stayed here because of the indoor pool and hot tub. disappointed.
it was good but I expected better room was clean but the carpet not that clean the smell not fresh no fragrance the bathroom looks clean but not cleaned with detergent you can see some areas not clean bed is good but crib no breakfast is good but I expected better
EXCELLENT HOTEL - NEAR FAST FOOD LOCATIONS AND BEHIND ANOTHER HOTEL WHICH MAKES IT A LITTLE HARD TO FIRST FIND BUT ALSO MAKES IT A QUIET PLACE
This hotel was within one mile from technical college where seminar was held. They had full breakfast that came with room from 6 am-9am. We went every morning. Staff was very courteous. We would stay here again. Keep in mind outside restaurant in city closed around 8pm on week nights.
I arrived much later than expected because of inclement weather, but Celeste, the desk clerk, greeted me warmly and provided all of the information I needed. Because of that evening's storm, the hotel's computer was down, but Celeste assured me that I could sign the necessary paperwork the next morning when I checked out. My only activities in the hotel were sleeping and showering, but the facilities were spotless and wonderfully comfortable after a protracted drive. My stay was a very positive experience.
