I liked this house. I was in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from grocery store and our venue destination. Even though baths were small, they were clean and one was a walk in shower which was helpful for my mother with mobility issues. When microwave runs, lighting will dim in house. Not sure if thats a big concern, but elecrical might need slight modifications. I wasn't worried about this being a problem, but not sure how to get message to owner. Having a garage to drive into was also a plus. Directions on how to get TV going would have been helpful, but we weren't there long enough for it to be a big issue.
