The place was clean as was as described, however there are some simple improvements that would make the stay more comfortable. There is no dresser or anywhere to put clothes, there isn’t a chair or anywhere in the bedroom to sit down to put pants on. The bottom bunk is the closest over I’ve ever seen, and was claustrophobic. There are no towel bars or towel hooks in bathroom. There is a tiny little floor mat when you come in which is totally inadequate in the winter. The kitchen has pots and pans but no basics like cooking oil or seasonings, plastic wrap or baggies. Vacasa left a couple of packets of dishwasher detergent and a couple trash bags but that wasn’t nearly enough for our 5 night stay. The table is also loose and wobbly and needs tightened up. If there was a normalbed and some places to put things and better stocked kitchen, I would have rated it higher. Also the neighbors above throw cigarette butts down onto front area.
