Ski Waterville Valley or Loon Mountain during the winter and hike the Flume Gorge and Franconia Notch State Park during the summer for a memorable stay, no matter the season! After your daily activities, you'll want nothing more than to unwind beside the fireplace inside this cozy abode.

New: Now with access to the White Mountain Athletic Club. Our guests can pay a small fee and enjoy all the amenities.

This property is amazing, clean, well stocked with all the necessities. I love the decor inside, it’s modern but also homey and inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer. Cozy Ski Condo is located in area close to everything Waterville Valley has to offer. Athletic Club with Jacuzzi and swimming pool - walking distance , Cross country skiing - walking distance or short drive , downhill skiing short drive or shuttle . Condo has everything you need for your vacation , It is tastefully decorated , hosts are very responsive for all questions . We felt like home and will return back !

The accommodations were better than advertised. I was so happy when we walked in. It was just perfect, and the fireplace was wonderful. The bed was super comfy and my son said the pullout was too. I hope you’re still renting next year. We would definitely book again!

We were in town for my teenagers hockey tournament, we also have a 2yo. It was such the perfect size, the location couldn’t have been better and the atmosphere was amazing. Even with an eventful weekend, we all agreed that we were so well rested and relaxed come check out time. Property was just as listed, small and cozy perfect for family with two small children, close to village center, walking distance to playground, park, and rec center. Our kids loved the snow tubing spot in town. Property is clean, warm, and easy to find. Would stay again.

My fiancé and I booked this place for our quick little getaway to the white mountains for our engagement photos. Jack & Shelly have made this condo so cozy and comfortable.
