Unwind just 20 minutes from campus and celebrate the Crimson Tide at this amazing waterfront 3 BR/ 2.5 BA custom built in 2020 home. Enjoy the bank of windows overlooking the Black Warrior River while grilling on the back deck. With an open concept & soaring 12' ceilings, the custom kitchen features gas range/oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, island seating for 3 and dining for 6. Easy 20 min. access to/from the Bryant Denny, going across traffic pattern!
Great room has seating for 6 and a 65" HD TV with surround sound and bank of windows overlooking the river. You-Tube TV and Amazon Prime available at no-cost for your use. Exterior cargo lift is at your disposal to bring any heavy items upstairs that you don't want to carry up stairs.
The master bedroom features expansive views of the river with 1 king bed and attached Bed-Jet for your comfort (Google it if you don't know what it is- Heaven!). Attached master BA has a large walk-in shower, private water closet, separate tub and double vanity. Laundry room has a built-in ironing board with iron and starch and front loading washer and dryer.
This split bedroom design has 2 additional BRs, each with a queen bed (1 is waterfront) and share a full BA with combo shower/tub. 1/2 BA is also on this side of the home.
Large back deck on the river includes Dual Gas/Charcoal grill and 3 couches with seating for 6 and 32" Smart TV. Experience waterfront living while in town for the game! Watch earlier or later games on the back deck or in the great room!
Traveling to and from the game made easy! Don't get caught in the traffic going to B'ham, Northport or within Tusc! Once you get off of campus/downtown, you're clear to get home quickly with no traffic!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great Floor Plan & Location

The house has a great floor plan for a family - 3 bedrooms & 3 1/2 bath. The kitchen is great for large gatherings and the view from the back deck is excellent watching the boats go by.
