Fantastic House in Wasilla, AK

My husband and I stayed in this home in August 2024 for a week. The owners were amazing to work with...very responsive and helpful. The house, property, and views are just as pictured on VRBO. The house is clean, well stocked, and well maintained. There is so much to do nearby, such as Chugiak, many hikes, restaurants, parks. Especially recommend the Reindeer Farm and the Alyeska Tram w/ hike and restaurant overlooking the valley. Seward was an adventure and even though a long ride from the house, well worth it. Overall, amazing home and a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful views and cozy stay

The house was beautiful and the views of the mountains from the back porch were amazing. Great place to recharge. It was extremely cozy and after long days out adventuring my family loved coming home to lounge around in the comfortable space. The owners gave me several great recommendations before we arrived and were very helpful with any questions we had. Great stay and a vacation we will never forget!

Home with a view!

This home was perfect for our family! The house was spotless, included all the amenities of home, beds were super comfy and linens and towels high quality. This was the perfect location for us...and that view, so incredible. We really felt at home and could have stayed another week or two! The owners, Sara and Daniel, were super responsive and made check-in and check-out so easy. Would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular views and beautiful home!

This was one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed in. The home is beautiful, located in a nice quiet neighborhood, and has gorgeous views. It's very spacious and comfortable with a large master suite, cozy bedding/furniture, and numerous amenities. Very happy we found this gem. Looking forward to our next trip to Wasilla.

Heaven on Earth!

Excellent!

The home is beautiful and the view is gorgeous! The house we had rented for the week suddenly had a problem with the well and there was no water. We contacted Sarah last minute and she replied quickly. The misfortune of the well problem turned out work in our favor as not only was the home beautiful but the owners are great people! They were extremely accommodating, the home was well stocked and they were a pleasure to talk to. 100% positive experience!

Alaska trip hub accommodations with a view

Sarah and Daniel were the most amazing hosts! They were responsive and helpful and provided a lot of great ideas for our Alaskan trip. We had a perfect stay in the Chalet! We loved stepping in the door of the Chalet every night to relax, cook, and sleep. We really appreciated that it was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve had while traveling. The views from their home are amazing. The home is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect for our trip — central between Denali, Talkeetna, Anchorage, Girdwood, Seward, Hope, Palmer, and Glacierview. It’s a beautiful drive from the house in all directions. We’ll definitely be back again.

Comfortable Home with Amazing Views

This house is located in a nice quiet, well maintained neighborhood with beautiful views from every room overlooking the water. It is a perfect home for a gathering of friends or even a family with a huge kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Another great bonus was the Three Bears Alaska grocery store which is right outside the neighborhood and super convenient for any last minute items. Truly an amazing place! Thank you for making our stay special.

Amazing Views with All the Amenities!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were truly on vacation in this spacious private retreat. The views were spectacular and the home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The living room is a wall of windows where the mountain ranges can be seen from every direction. The house is above the trees on the side of the bluff, and it feels like you're floating above the forest. We enjoyed using the large kitchen to prep and cook all of our meals. The house has everything we needed with all the amenities. The beds were all extremely comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Everything was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Alaska!
