Left Hotel Seward early due to emergency, gave full-day notice, still charged for unused night. No response from hotel, even after Expedia tried. #CustomerServiceFail. No air conditioner. Only one laundry / dryer which not working . Rooms not clean

The inn was wonderful and the staff quite accommodating. The room was well equipped and anything lacking was generously provided by the office. The only issue that we experienced during the stay was that the hot water seemed to be a little problematic, the water was a little lukewarm at night and showering wasn't as nice as it could have been. I informed the staff and they looked into it, but they surmised that the hot water may have run out at night.

Had updated rooms and great bed layout for a family of 5. Noisy from the road and looks dingy from outside, we were pleasantly surprised to find the room condition updated. This saved us after a Vrbo cancelled on us less then a day before checkin. Would stay again and think the value is good.

Recently renovated and has great amenities like kitchenette and full size fridge. Coin op laundry with soap available for purchase, don't think there was a change machine but staff was able to help get some quarters. There was construction around the area but able to access the site without issue. There could be better signage as to where you go to check in, basically you go in through the side door, there is no lobby. Staff we met was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Quaint in Wasilla

Check in staff pleasant and helpful. Small boutique hotel with basic accommodations, but room was nicely renovated. Kichenette was clean and beds are comfortable. No restaurant or bar if your looking for that. Quiet neighborhood.
