Welcome to this gorgeous Fully Furnished 2-bedroom / 2.5-bathroom in a 2 level unit! Fully renovated with hardwood floors on both levels and stainless steel appliances with so much more! Pet friendly!

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy 3 large flat screen TVs in the house, a comfortable oversized couch and other modern furniture throughout the home, including a full size in-unit washer and dryer.

The Space:
When you enter the home, prepare to be embraced with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Then step into the kitchen with fully stocked culinary items for your cooking needs, prepare your food at the kitchen island and enjoy a cup of coffee with your Nespresso machine in the living room.

Guest Access:
You'll have easy access to the property 24/7 through our electronic lock, which generates a unique code for each guest that automatically expires upon their departure and won't work before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This location is phenomenal- close to Union Station, Union Market, the National Mall, and tons of great restaurants, bars and shopping too. You'll fall in love with DC in this central and vibrant location.

Getting Around:
Getting around is super easy since you're close to everything already! Metro is two blocks away at New York Ave (red line) but you can walk to Union Station, Trader Joe's, Union Market/La Cosecha (dining halls and bars/restaurants, plus outdoor events and concerts too!), and of course the National Mall as well.

Other Things to Note:
Please be careful with the keys to the front door. A lost key will incur a $250 fee as we will have to re-key the lock.
