Unfortunately, I could not give the property 5 stars because starting on our first night there (stayed 3 nights) we had no air in the room. The A/C unit went out and only blew fan air. We first reported it by phone call to the front desk and was told that an engineer had been callled and was going to the rooms to reset the thermostats. By the second night my daughter picked up the window for the outside air to flow in (which I'm shocked even went up and had a screen on it) and long story short it never happened and this having complained by phone calls and in person at the front desk (morning and night). We ended up being comped for all 3 nights and facility fees were waived because, undoubtedly, they never had an engineer coming to any rooms to fix the problem. Had this mishap not happened I can say that the hotel lobby and rooms are very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay again as long as I am in a room that has central air conditioning that is working with NO issues or problems.
