The hotel has a **great location**—very convenient for getting around, and the surrounding area is pleasant. However, the property itself feels quite **old and outdated**. The facilities are **worn and in need of upgrades**. The biggest issue was the **extremely noisy air conditioner** in the room, which made it hard to sleep. If the hotel could **renovate the rooms and improve the AC system**, it would make a big difference. Overall, **decent for a short stay**, but don’t expect modern comfort.

Very disappointed, terrible staff

The person who checked us in was one of the rudest person I've ever met. No Hello, No welcome, so eye contact, no smile, very few words. Simple questions were annoying her so much it felt like we were bothering her. She should not work in hospitality. It gave a terrible taste to the experience and it was hard to enjoy the hotel after that. Rooms are OK, beds are comfy. Our door didn't lock properly and came back after room service had came and you could just walk into the room.
