Great place. Convenient to MTA train station from airport. Staff were all friendly and customer-service focused. Only ‘negative’ is the shower was worn and shower head was past its prime. Would stay here again, though.

The overnight stay in DC at the Hamilton was typically fine for us except the city had worked on a water main nearby supposedly from 10pm to 6am. The front desk informed us that the water would be off and had set out notice pamphlets. There was no water still at 7:30 in the morning as we were getting ready to leave. Definitely an inconvenience. A special shoutout for Kevin at the front desk who was calmly and methodically trying to deal with the guest complaint mayhem by himself.

I have an accident in the street and the Hotel Manager was very kind with us and also de Porter. The member of the staff during our check in was not very kind. The manager helped us to rent a wheelchair on Monday but I had the accident on Sunday afternoon and nobody call us to ask if we needed help. Finally I got an excellent care at the Washington University Trauma Center and my insurance covered the cost of the Hospital.

I advise if you stay here to look at spot hero for parking prior to your stay, you’ll thank yourself and save you money. Location is VERY convenient, I stayed with two kids and the room was tight but we made it work. No in room microwave, but otherwise this place was great and accommodated our stay

Great Location. About a 10 minute walk from all the major sites, including the White House. Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was beautiful with a great view. Additionally the on site restaurant had great breakfast options. Really enjoyed my stay here and the staff were very well mannered.
