We just stayed at the hotel and thought it was nice. The room was small but comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Staff were friendly and attentive. We would stay again.

Hotel was better than expected based upon the photos we saw.

Had a great stay at the Hamilton Crowne Plaza, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and confortable, the bar is a great place to unwind and the 14K restaurant serves great food with great service

Overall great experience. From comfort to pleasant and helpful staff.

Great hotel, great staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect for walking around DC with easy access to the metro. Overall great stay

Very nice and clean hotel that was a great location for seeing the city. Especially loved the bar and lounge where the food and drink were great and the staff was always very nice. Happy Hour has a good menu that is great at the end of a long day walking the city. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to lots of restaurants and one block from the metro. The traffic was a little loud a couple times but other than that it was a great stay! Beautiful historic building.

I stayed here with my family for one night. The rooms don't have microwave. I called the reception and requested one and it took them about half an hour to tell me they didn't have one available. The sheets had stains...ewww The Wi-Fi does not work. We went took showers and the water gets clogged. The water went up to my ankles. The air conditioning was not working. The room Temperature was 80 degrees. I called and it took them almost 30 minutes to come and fix it. Now. It was almost midnight and the kids could not sleep and were sweating like crazy. The hotel is very nice looking and it is in a great location. I expected a lot more from the Hotel. I am very disapointed. I have stayed at other hotels that are not this fancy but are all about their guests. And their rooms are way better.

It was very clean and neat. I would definitely come to this hotel again for another trip to DC.

I arrived earlier but since I faced this same situation several times in other hotels (they check you in earlier) I gave it a shot. The guy at the front desk said that there wasn't a king size bedroom available at that time (what I had reserved) but he could give me a queen bed instead... I said ok! but one second after he said sorry, I haven't a queen as well so I said I would wait longer, because I'm used to sleep well in my personal queen bed and I would not accept less, then he said I have it now (queen) and I will give you a room in front of the park with no extra cost but it was a big fat lie, the bed was a double size one, and the cost would be the same anyway, so I came back down and said I wanted what I'd paid for, if the time was the issue I would wait, but I wasn't a stupid person that doesn't know the difference between a double and a queen size bed (as they made me feel), I left for a couple of hours and came back asking for my king bed, and it was ready. It ruined my stay because I wasn't begging for anything, I said I would wait but they tried to push me onto a bedroom under my reservation, so I'll never come back in a place people try to trick me like that. Ever.

The hotel was good but bit pricey for the small room. Parking was also bit expensive.

Yes the hotel was positioned conveniently to all areas of interest and was a delightful place from bus boy to manager no complaints .Will use as often as possible.

Amazing location, excellent customer service and I love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby!!! :)

The hotel was great. We got turned around on the way to the hotel and when we called to ask for directions the concierge stayed on the phone with us until we pulled up to the front door. It was my first time with valet parking and $45 a night seemed high to me but maybe it's not in that area. The hotel let us check in early (around noon when we got there). The only two problems were the pillows were too thick for both of us, enough so that it was a little hard to fall asleep. The other was that we were looking for Crowne Plaza on the building somewhere but it only says The Hamilton.

Refrigerator not well kept in my room. Overflowed w/ waterwhen I checked it.

Nice clean room overlooking park and friendly staff. The only thing that was wrong was the evelatrors we small and not working right . They were sooo slow or needed somone to fix them

Beautiful hotel, our rooms were spacious, clean and pretty. The location was perfect and we could walk to site see and to eat. Loved it!

HAD FUN, HOTEL WAS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL MAJOR ATTRACTION

As with most hotels in the city, the room was pretty tight. Other than that it was great. Right in the middle of everything and very convenient.

Good location near the national mall and many food trucks and restaurants nearby. Good hotel bar
