Location is great walk right out onto M St. Shared kitchen, really no staff for a boutique hotel. We checked off fresh towels and trash on our door and no one ever came to replenish. Shared kitchen, which is fine. I would’ve liked the scene some continental breakfast cereal milk fruit they do have coffee though overall we had an excellent time. We will definitely be repeat customers.

The room was clean, although somewhat heavily scented with chemical cleaners. The bathroom was clean and functional. A big minus was the poor water pressure in the shower. It was a mere trickle and made taking a shower a nuisance rather than a pleasure. the bed was comfortable and nicely made up.

Very quaint,historic and charming hotel. Great location to walk around and see Georgetown. The check in was easy with the kiosk.There was kitchen downstairs had coffee for the guests ! I just bought my own creamer to keep in the fridge. I would definitely recommend staying here !

Self check-in was more difficult than necessary. The machine was not producing a reservation under my name and I had to ring the bell to get a person to help me. When the owner(?) came, she told me that I only should enter the last part of my last name because they thought the first part of my surname was my middle name -- this was odd because my surname is spanish and has 3 parts to it. I did as she instructed, and the reservation still did not come up, so it was clearly an error with the system and not with me. In the end, she just gave me my own access code. She could have been nicer instead of assuming I was dumb and didnt know how to use the machine!
