I love this hotel. It's brand new. The property is very nice-clean and stylish. The (gorgeous) staff is so sweet. They took amazing care of me. My room was very nice-clean, conteporary and with a nice view. I also really liked the iced coffee and sandwhich Jamilah made me in the breakfast/lunch cafe! I would definitely stay again if I return to D.C.

Tried this brand new hotel without any reviews available. Stayed here the 4th week of April while it had opened April 1st. First thing that comes to mind is the very nice contemporary styling of the hotel. The rooms are modern and totally up to snuff. Nice bathroom and shower. Very comfy beds. I almost always meet nice people at the front desk but here I was met by the most friendly ever! Shout out to Arial...she just puts a smile on your face even after a horrible day. Troy was beyond helpful. Great staff!! The bar and restaurant in the hotel are very pleasant too by the way...not one of those boring ones. Good food and drinks and very friendly staff here too. The location of the hotel is awesome...basically all the major sightseeing is within walking distance (though I have to admit this coming from a Dutch guy who is used to walking). The Faragut West Metro station has 2 entrances right around the corner of the hotel....mega easy and convenient. Then the gym...maybe a few more machines would be nice to add but the way it is, is already much much nicer than most other hotels. As a 'gym rat' I was pleasantly surprised. Many good restaurants in the direct neighborhood. I obviously highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Tempo with our kids and had a great stay. The location was great for exploring the city. This is one of the only hotels I’ve seen offer two king beds which was a huge bonus, not to mention the beds were super comfy! The hotel was clean and the staff was super friendly. Their espresso martini at the bar in the best one I’ve ever had! Richard providing excellent service in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself was beautiful. Everything was in walking distance. The Hotel was really really nice. The parking was terrible. You pay $70 a day to park and within a block away it was $29 for one day all day so do a hotel was great, but the parking is terrible terrible terrible
