The hotel is in the great location, and the condition in the room is wonderful

An excellent hotel. Close to monuments, very clean large rooms with kitchen, great bath. Great A/C (not always reliable in many hotels).

The room we checked into was arguably the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The living room was enormous, the dining room comfortable. the kitchen spacious enough (although the lighting in the kitchen needed improvement), the shower hot and strong, and the king-sized bed in the large living room extremely comfortable. Foggy Bottom Station was a 5 - 10 minute walk away, so it was very convenient, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I would recommend this hotel to any one. Staff is wonderful, professional and friendly. All is clean and cared for. Perfect for those who are in town for a while and want to use an in suite kitchen instead of eating out.

The room was clean and spacious. Walking distance to many site seeing attractions.

We were in DC to sight - see. Read reviews on this hotel and felt for the location it was the best choice. And we were right!!

I stayed here for one night and had terrible experience with noise level. Did not sleep all night as there were people on the floor yelling and talking till 4 am! Sounded like a trashy party next door. Told the manager next am and she had no explanation. Nor did she bother to look into it and respond back to me. Bathtub was disgustingly dirty like no one bothered to scrub it down. I just needed a night sleep and did not even get that.

Great location! Very accommodating and safe! I will definitely be staying here again.

The bellhop guy was very polite and very accommodating. The front desk people were also very nice. It's close to some monuments and Uber is not to bad to use. We basically walked to the Capital and back with no problem.

Friendly staff cleans and comfortable room. Thanks.

Hotel was clean and close to everything, bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. So called breakfast buffet was the same cold croissants and danish every day. I was there 3 nights. It was clean

Nice 4 nights staying here, location is close to everything in the heart of GW university, staff is nice, hotel is somewhat old, but clean and servicable, certainly a good dead for the money in comparision.

This is my third stay here this summer. Haven't been disappointed once. Reggie is wonderful!

We had a great stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the rooms were all very clean. It is also a great location. Very close to everything, including walking distance of the metro.

Very nice. Close to the National Mall. Not able to easily handle luggage.

Wonderful stay; great service, excellent little restaurant. Nice surprise.

It was ok, we'll taken care friendly staff No handicap access

Located on GW University. Several places to eat nearby. Rooms nice, clean. Maid service and front desk staff excellent. Rates great for location.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Afternoon was very warm and there was no ac. I complained and they comped the car storage fee. It's $48 a day to store your car.

Wonderful room with a kitchen. Very clean as well. Loved my stay here.
