Relax in the backyard hot tub or play in the pool that is heated year round with the whole family in this peaceful retreat. Our family is a multi-cultural family with a love of travel who has lived all over the world. We are excited to host visitors and to make them feel comfortable at their home away from home. Please enjoy our wide variety of board games for all ages. We also have lots of toys for the pool available for your use.
The space
Serenity by the Sand is a beautiful new townhome in an ideal location. The private backyard has a hot tub, a gorgeous fire pit, a BBQ, and outdoor furniture. You will be very close to the community pool across the street which is heated year-round. This 3 bedroom/3 full bathroom retreat sleeps up to 10 guests. There is a beautiful kitchen and there is a large family room downstairs and another spacious one in the upstairs loft. The 3 bedrooms and 2 family rooms are all equipped with Smart TVs. There is a washer and dryer available in the unit and the complex offers RV and boat parking throughout the complex. This is the perfect place to gather with friends and family members!
