DO NOT STAY HERE! It was probably the worst experience my family has ever had at a hotel. We checked in around 7 and were out of there by 730. To start, at check in there were multiple people checking in for "only an hour or two", we found it to be off putting but we were able to push that off. We soon realized where we were. We received multiple direct calls from other guest rooms in the hotel. They were so unsettling and we're clearly trying to scare us out of there. When we called the front desk to inform her about the calls, she said "yea that happens here." People were screaming outside and inside. The walls are so thin you can hear the room next door use the restroom! Speaking of restrooms, I saw two ROACHES in the bathroom! After about 10 minutes of constant Threatening calls, obnoxiously loud neighbors and then finally seeing the disgusting bugs, we called the front office again to let her know we felt unsafe and would like for someone to come and make sure we left there safe, she never even made an attempt to leave the office. So my husband and our four kids had to pack up and drive two more hours to a safe hotel and spend an extra $350 just to ensure our safety. Please DO NOT STAY HERE!

Spacious, convenient, everything was fine. Thanks a lot to the hotel team!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, the place was clean. Easy to find and to load and unload suitcases. The room was clean and perfect temperature. My family and I have stayed at over 200 hotels, we are travelers. And we are picky! This Residence Inn, had it all! We would definitely stay again next year!

Felt like a studio appt. In a great location with easy access to anywhere in the city. Metro station right around the corner, as is a Gold's Gym

I liked everything. Some (not all) staff appeared to be bothered when asked for help or some clarification. Also, no one greeted us at check-in. We had to figure out who to ask for the room.

The property amenities were wonderful. It was fantastic to have a washer and dryer at our disposal. Everyone on the staff was outstanding! The free breakfast was more than we expected. We even had a Tuesday night barbecue that was for hotel guests and that added to making this a fabulous experience. The hotel could use a little more cleanliness in the rooms. Maid service was satisfactory but not the detail that I personally would want, but it was certainly sufficient.

Stayed here for a family vacation. We had five. The "fire codes" wouldn't allow a rollaway, so we used an air mattress instead. It's all about location. Perfect for walking to the Mall, Smithsonians, and literally around the corner from Museum of the Bible (which was stellar!) Overall, the price was decent for what we got. We went during Spring Break, so I'm assuming that's why pricing seemed so high. And at $47.50/night, parking seemed like a ripoff. Could've done Airbnb for less, but I prefer the hotel feel of a vacation. The indoor pool was good enough for my kids. The spa was nice. Workout room had some good equipment, thought the legpress machine had a broken wire. Room was spacious, clean, up-to-date, and had a decent amount of things we needed. Elevators were typically fast. Breakfast each morning was good. They used to have a free dinner several times a week. Now it's just Tuesdays. Overall, it was really good, and I'd stay here again for sure.

Did not like price. Did not Match hotel quality. One bedroom suit were small. They did not have drinking water nor apples in the lobby area

I liked how it was walking distance to alot of places

Great location and Miss Elaine who was in charge of breakfast was AMAZING!!!!

Nice spacious room, great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast

Front desk staff specifically person name Douglas were very rude and arrogant.

Great and pleasant stay. Very good location and breakfast. Overnight hotel parking charges are on the higher side

We stayed with 3 grandchildren and were very comfortable in the room. Easy walk to some sites in DC. Good breakfast with something for everyone. We paid to park as we used our vehicle to get to some sites.

We went there during the recent freezing temperatures. The heat isn't working in the room and we call the front desk. They offer to move us to a different room or send someone up to look at the problem. Packing all out stuff up and moving late at night with 2 children already going to sleep doesn't help us so we opt for the latter. A guy comes up, gives us a little tutorial on how to handle the system and then does some kind of "reset", telling us it should be fine now. It isn't. We're cold all night. And the sofa bed is horrific. It curves downward and the mattress is thin and crappy. My husband ends up moving the mattress on to the floor and sleeping like that. I'm not a complainer and Iran unfortunate because the stay would have otherwise been OK. The breakfast was good, the lobby was cozy with a fireplace, and the front desk guy was very helpful and saved us money with a certain tip when we checked in.

Close to major buildings. Nice staff. Rooms need updating.

Highly recommend. Clean, big rooms, full kitchen, quiet, great breakfast, walking distance to museums & friendly staff. Very accommodating!!

The hotel was close to the Federal SW Metro stop and an easy walk from the Air and Space Museum. Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast was wonderful. We are already planning on returning to this property in the future!
