Good

Complimentary breakfast had hot eggs, sausage, waffles, and potatoes along with other cold items like cereal, yogurt, muffins, and bagels. Second day was slightly different. The area is walking distance to many things but more of a business district so many restaurants were not open on Sunday. Parking at the hotel was $50/night however street parking is free after 6pm and from Saturday at 6pm to Monday at 7am. Street parking other times is up to 2 hours. There are other garages nearby that may be cheaper. Facility was secure and we had a quiet room. We got a rollaway bed for an extra $15/day. The suite had a table for 4, sink, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave in the kitchen.

A great value considering all you get!

The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast could use more options.

It was just fine- not horrible not good. I know staff shortages are an issue but only had housekeeping once in five days. Had to get tp our selves. Appreciated that they tried a basic breakfast but same every day. Water was lukewarm at best for showers.

There were 4 elevators and i got stucknriding in 1 for 45 min with my dog because non if the other elevators worked. Some staff were rude at front desk. Went to pool- no towels No hot water in the morning. I get it was presidents day weekend but i feel like 0 effort was put forth.

Excellent clean place 2 blocks from the national mall. All restaurants on the same block as the hotel are closed on the weekend. If you take a scooter or walk 3 blocks towards the water plenty of food open late.

Everyone was helpful and kind. We were blocks from the Mall.

Great location and value with good breakfast. Temperature of room wildly flucated from good to maybe 55 degrees. Found out via googling that the thermastats are designed to not work at night or well in general to save the hotel money on electricity. Found a bypass with google but then it got too hot and I had to wake up every 2 hours and turn the heat on/off. Just put a normal thermastat in the room. Moldy bananas in the a drawer upon arrival.

It was the perfect walking distance to the national mall. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and responsive. My kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast wasn't as full as it could've been but with covid and shipment issues it was very good. The area surrounding the hotel felt very safe. The only down side was there were no proper restaurants in a short walking distance. But otherwise, it was enjoyable.

Thx

This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to Capital, The Mall, and two blocks from Metro. The staff was friendly, helpful, snd responsive.

Outside in the room smell so bad

Very safe, and staff was very helpful.

Took a while to check in. Long line (4 guests ahead of me) and only one person checking in at desk. Very clean. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Only 2 bath towels even though there were 3 guests staying. No conditioner in shower. Parking WAY too expensive! Overall a pleasant stay.

I liked the fact that the property was in close proximity to all of the main attractions. The only down fall was that there were no restaurants in the immediately area. Other than that, the stay was very enjoyable.

Clean and nice thank you

My whole family had a terrible experience in this hotel. First, they gave us a "flooded" room, a broken microwave and worst of all, non- friendly staff! I will definitely not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel!

Convenient, spacious, lots of options for breakfast. I would recommend they monitor the pool area aggressively. There were children unattended and wreaking havoc on the equipment. Maybe a pool monitor would be a good idea.
