Our apartment was clean the parking was perfect once we found how to get in, it was a close drive to downtown and the freeway to go to other historical sites. We loved our time and our experience at placmkr.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property, but I was very disappointed that my apartment in a very new building did not have hot water! The element that heated the water stopped working. I had to heat pots on the stove to heat water and then take to the shower to clean. I was told by the management in an email that they would refund part of my stay but that hasn't happened yet.

The parking was not suitable for the size vehicle we'd driven ,but all else was pretty awesome. They need to clean or replace the carpet as some of the stains are deeply imbedded in the hallway,but, overall, it was clean, well lit, great area and amenities. We will surely use again and recommend to any business and personal associates.

This place is a unique gem. Hassle, free, secure, clean, and friendly. You can walk to great restaurants, order takeout, or even cook if you want to in the well-equipped kitchen. It is the best place I have stayed in a very long time. The prices are fantastic! The staff was terrific, every one of them smiling, friendly, and ready to help.
