Guest Access:
Relax and recharge your batteries in the building's fully equipped fitness center, and enjoy the business center that offers you a quiet space to concentrate. And when you want to unwind, curl up next to a cozy shared fireplace - oh, and don't worry about parking! Parking is available for just $20 per night, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet, full of families and it is close to Clarendon/Court House which has lots of restaurants.

Getting Around:
Blocks Away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations.

Other Things to Note:
We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement

We do not provide bath towels.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.

To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
