Family friendly home perfect for larger groups located only 10 minutes by car to Washington DC or Arlington National Cemetery. Parking is free for one or multiple vehicles. You can walk to the brand new Potomac Yard Metro Station in 15 minutes. House is decorated with modern furniture from Denmark and Sweden. Barbecue and relax on private back deck area or walk a short distance to a playground or a dog park. Great restaurants and shops are also just a short walk from the house.

For families with young children, there is a very nice play area very close to the house on the other side of the street. The house has an August smart lock. There is also a key lockbox on the front door for those who just want to use a key.
