Good hotel and amenities. Wish the restaurant was open on the weekends.

The hotel has good value. Large rooms equipped with full kitchen, sofa bed, and balcony. The overall experience was good with the exception of the location that has the George Washington Hospital Emergency Room right across the street. Very noisy every time a ambulance went by. All in all, I would recommend the hotel.

Room was not ready at 3pm but hotel comped drinks & appetizer in their bar; a nice surprise. Good breakfast quality & numerous restaurants nearby.

The heater in room was loud. The pull out bed/couch mattress was poor

Very comfortable, spacious room. Ample amenities. Extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom fixtures are somewhat dated, but otherwise the room would be a perfect 10 The hotel is conviently located in a pleasant, quiet Georgetown district, only a 5 minute walk to the metro station

We stayed here for several nights to be close to George Washington University Hospital for a surgical procedure. We found it reasonably comfortable and clean. The beds were outstanding and super comfortable. The layout of the suite is a bit odd but quite adequate.

My family didn't sleep all night. Emergency vehicle sirens were heard all night as this hotel is located across street from major hospital. Also people partying in pool at 3:30 am. The hotel did compensate us with a breakfast and took care of our parking but it ruined our trip to DC as my family were exhausted. If you book here request a room higher up hotel, my sister was on first floor.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised what a wonderful and safe neighborhood this hotel was located in. The park across from it was a pleasure to walk through every day on our way to the Metro which was only about a block away. The staff there was extremely accommodating with any information that we needed for our public transportation. They were kind enough to look up where we needed to go and print off maps with some directional help for us as well. We are not big public transportation people and they made our trips much easier than what I had printed off prior to arriving in DC. Thanks so much to your staff. Our room was exceptional and not what I expected, not realizing it had a full kitchen. We only used the refrigerator and coffee maker but what a comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay and felt completely safe traveling to and from surrounding DC at all hours! Definitely a gem of a find for the price. We would recommend staying here and would consider coming back if we visited the DC area again.

I came to dc for my birthday and stayed in the executive suite. The room was much bigger than expected and had a full service kitchen inside!! It was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The staff was very friendly and I love how whole foods was right around the corner! They lock the doors at a certain time and have a doorman to come let you in but on the first night there, the doorman was nowhere to be found and I waited outside the front door for nearly 30 min. I let the front desk know the following morning and they were very apologetic and told me that a door man is supposed to be at the door 24/7 and that was not supposed to happen. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to visit there again next time I'm in town!!

The room was a nice size very clean and staff was pleasant . I would stay there again

Accommodations are great. Very spacious room with full kitchen separate from sleeping area is very unique and wonderful if people are waking up at different times. The staff are all wonderful from doorman to front desk clerk.

Over all for the price I was dissapointed the room and halls weren't renovated, the hidden charge was also not pleasant

The staff was terrific and extremely helpful. The room was clean and enormous.

We stayed the weekend as a family of three and the stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and cleanliness wasn't an issue. The bed and pillows were very soft which did not provide much support causing difficulty sleeping. Location works out well since it's a short walk to the Metro. It was a fair price for the stay. However, parking is extremely limited and the hotel offers valet. It is not immediately made aware that overnight parking is not free so that was a surprise on my credit card bill.

I was in D.C. for 2 days and decided to return to the hotel I stayed at 6 years before. I was solo, so being in a familiar location was comforting. The location was perfect for walking everywhere- Georgetown, the monument campus, etc. My room was awesome. I was in a king w/ kitchen. The staff happily moved me to the 9th floor after I requested a higher elevation. The room was spacious and comfy with the best pillows on the bed. I will stay here again on my next venture to our nation's capitol.

This is a convenient location, particularly if one is visiting George Washington University or the GW Hospital. It is close to many good restaurants in the West End and is within easy walking distance to Dupont Circle. Parking is only by valet, a minor disadvantage. The most significant problem is the location near the hospital on weekend evenings there can be a good deal of ambulance traffic which is an annoyance to light sleepers.

Hotel stay was great. Convenient to local attractions without the high price tag. Room had the basics including a safe. Staff was friendly and helpful-offering directions and visit suggestions when needed. Only complaint is, there is a hospital nearby which means sirens are commonly heard. Prepare in advance for that.

We stayed here 4 nights mid October to tour Washington DC with our boys 15 and 12. The room was great! We had a separate bedroom and separate kitchen. The boys slept on the sofa bed and cushions. The staff was extremely friendly, always greeting us as we came and went. The only negative I would say was the carpeting is in need of being replaced, but everything was thoroughly clean! The location is a 4 because it would be best to be right in the mix of the sites, but those hotels were out of our price range. From One Washington Circle, you are 1.5 blocks from the metro, so it was very quick and easy to get anywhere we needed to go (airport, museums, monuments, Arlington Cemetery, etc). We walked .5 mile to the Georgetown neighborhood and it would be just under a mile to Lincoln Memorial. The White House was probably less than 1 mile too. George Washington Univ is right there so plenty of groceries, restaurants around. We bought breakfast items and fruit/drinks at Whole Foods. We had a great trip and I would stay here again unless I could get a great price at a hotel right by the museums/monuments.

Great walking distance to the national mall and close to metro stop too.

Great location. Roomy and clean. The rugs in hotel need to be cleaned! Only complaint!
