This property is listed as a "modern retreat". It is not. I will say the beds were comfortable, there were no bugs, the neighborhood was nice and the owner communicated well. It does say it sleeps 6, which it does, but there are a total of 4 chairs in the whole place, 3 kitchen chairs and 1 desk chair. The owner refers to a "balcony" where we could hang out as a family. The balcony is a closed in room where the washer and dryer are, no other furniture and windows that you cant open because the screens are ripped. There is no living room. There is a small table in the kitchen where 2 of the chairs fit. There are no stoppers in any of the drains, the tub, bathroom sink or kitchen sink, so don't plan on giving your child a bath. Not to mention the finish is coming of the tub. The shower door is only half there, which the owner did say he would have maintenance look at. Only 1 way in and out, no ladder provided to get out in case of fire because it is on the 3rd floor. Fire extinguisher was available but hadn't been inspected since 2024. Parking may be available if youre lucky, but I would plan of using a parking app to reserve a nearby space. All in all it needs quite a bit of work to make it a modern retreat, definitely not as advertised and we wont be going back.
