Bright and pristine house. Stylish and well appointed. Comfortable gathering spaces. 4 bedrooms (2 on main level, 2 on upper level). 2 full bathrooms (1 on the main level, 1 on the upper level). Half bath in basement. Both full bathrooms have tubs/showers. Washer/Dryer and ironing board. Wood floors. 100% cotton, 400 thread count, soft sateen sheets.
Location: Quiet, tree lined street w/mostly single family homes. Centrally located (inside the beltway), in an upscale, popular neighborhood called "North Ridge", within Alexandria City. Cafes, coffee shops, convenience stores in walking distance (2-3 blocks). Grocery stores, gas stations, Starbucks less than 1/2 mile. Close to shopping malls and big box retail (3-10 min drive). Beautiful historic Old Town Alexandria, King Street Metro and Amtrak Station is 2 miles away.
Getting Around: you only need to drive through ONE traffic light to reach downtown DC. For this reason, it is easier to reach downtown DC from here via car/Uber than from many locations within DC, VA and MD.
