The room we had was spacious for our family of 4 plus our 2 dogs. We had 2 queen beds and twin bunk beds. The room itself was nice however it was a little dated. The carpets were coming up at the edges, the furniture was a little scratched up and our furnace/ac unit looked like somebody sat on it and the bathroom was tiny. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Not only did they greet us, but they greeted our fur babies as well and made them feel welcome too. The Firefly restaurant was convenient, the prices were a little expensive, but after tasting the food it was worth every penny. If we ever visit DC again we will be staying here!!
The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel is very well located.
This is a nice boutique hotel in a very good location. The staff are very responsive. I would go back.
There was nothing unique about this place. On line it stated it was a four star hotel. It didn’t come close to being that. At best it was a one star. It was old, it smelled, the carpets were frayed, the ceilings were patched. You had to make twist and turns in a narrow hallway to get to the bathroom. The television kept blanking out on us. I would not go back.
Great service, staff and location and room was perfect
The location was great but the hotel was really disappointing compared to other Kimpton properties I’ve stayed at. Decor was lacking. No fitness center. Coffee machine was broken so there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, water leaked in through my window when it rained, and I left with lots of flea bites. Fine if you’re just looking for an affordable hotel near Dupont but I wouldn’t return.
Comfy beds. Good quality ac. Clean bathroom. Good water pressure and. I’ve size tub. Has a sister hotel you can work out because they don’t have gym- - yoga mat in the room. Complementary Wine hour daily. Great location for getting to metro - DuPont circle and GWU/Foggy Bottom
Well appointed and thoughtful amenities. Staff friendly.
Extra charges for internet that didn’t work and non existent car service. Breakfast at 9 on the weekends. Inconvenient since I had an early appointment.
Intermittent television reception with no signal. Overhead lightbulb flickered Room was very clean
The room was nice and comfortable and the hotel is very conveniently located. Three minutes walk to my meeting place. Valet parking (the only parking option) is too expensive ($48 + tax).
Great location to a ton of sites and a friendly staff that was always willing to help. Really appreciated the complementary wine and coffee hours as well!
Great! Amazing staff. Everything went well. No complaints.
Beautiful spacious room (with a sofa bed); very attentive wait staff (even contacting us via text throughout our stay); and a great location in the Dupont Circle area (plenty of bars and eateries nearby, plus the farmer's market on Sundays). Would definitely stay again.
