Only had a few days in DC but staff at Kimpton made it great! Michael was phenomenal and always willing to help with where to go and how to get there. Thank you Michael for all your help. Room was very comfortable and welcoming after long days of walking. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel; the only issue we had was they did not have coffee available for those who like morning coffee by 6am. Many of our group who travel together like their early morning coffee & we were pmearly to get to tours & start our day. If you don't provide in the reception area that early , then consider putting coffee makers in the rooms. Thank you.

Very cute boutique hotel in the middle of a nice residential neighborhood with a fantastic staff! It only a few blocks away from Dupont Circle and the metro. Being in DC for work it was a real luxury to come back to the quiet residential neighborhood at night. I will definitely be staying here again on future trips to DC.

My retired flying buddy and I would wander the streets during the day soaking up the ambience and scoping out the wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Tempurpedic mattress. Awesome. Cleanliness awesome. Staff awesome. Only complaint, small 2 Q room and tiny bath. Definitely a recommend.

Nice boutique hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful neighborhood.

Great boutique hotel! Staff were super nice and accommodating. They offered me wine even though I arrived after their happy hour. The room was well-appointed, and had an amazingly soft bed. They have a ton of amenities offered upon request, but I wish the coffee maker were already in the room (as opposed to having to call to request it).

The room was spacious. Provided toiletries were great. Temprapedic bed was comfortable. Great restaurants within walking distance. Our room was near heating system which was very loud.

Very friendly staff, great location, nice gym and wonderful amenities plus good coffee in lobby! :)

Excellent, comfortable, quiet. Everything I needed.

My husband and I stay at the Carlyle when we visit DC because it is very close to our daughter's apartment. It has been comfortable and quiet, but there have been a few areas that could be better. Getting into the room and onto wifi both required extra help. Our keys needed to be reprogrammed twice. The complimentary cocktail hour was great. Our room was cleaned but not well stocked. There was only one coffee for the Keurig and no soap at the sink. House keeping ignored the dirty wine glasses and cups in the sink. The bed was comfortable and we weren't bothered by any noise at all. We will certainly stay there again.

No drawers to place clothes in and no coffee maker in room. It's nice and fancy but lacks the most basic stuff I need as a traveler.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Convient to everything!

No park available. Just a regular hotel in a great location.

Price was perfect. Staff was so polite. Everything was grest

very friendly staff that we're helpful and full of smiles

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was great - comfortable and chic decor. It was a cold, wet and rainy weekend and I would have liked the room to be a little warmer, however, the heat was not on (may have been too early in the season). Overall the stay was wonderful!

We ate in the restaurant on the last night. The food was amazing!!!

I stayed here just as the hotel re-opened, it still had new paint smells and was immaculate. The rooms were small but very well equipped, the shower and bathroom was wonderful. The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the Metro and various restaurants, a CVS, Starbucks, and various small grocery options that. Getting to the National Mall takes mere minutes on the Metro from here -- Dupont looks like a long way away on the maps but this is absolutely a great spot.

We stopped by DC for a couple of nights stay at Carlyle. It's a nice and clean hotel with very nice staff. They were renovating so it was a bit dusty and noisy at 8am in the morning. I wish east coast would keep in mind that west coast guests are 3 hours behind in our time zone so starting any noisy pounding work should at least wait until after 9am. Thanks.

Hello Ivana, I am pleased you found our staff to be so helpful, and of course that they offered you an arrival glass of wine. In-room coffee makers are certainly convenient but we of course have coffee and tea in the lobby each morning. Cheers, Thomas
