The hotel was nice enough, staff was lovely and very accommodating. Just small gripes: the bedroom was cold without a way to change it. The bedding didn’t help - it wasn't that warm and the covers seemed to slip and slide all over. But minor problems at best. We'll stay here again!

All staffs were great. We really liked the kitchen especially during pandemic.

Staff very friendly and professional. Made our stay pleasurable during this pandemic

First ... parking is horrible. It’s a must to pay the $49.00 overnight valet parking. I was not given a choice to park in a parking lot. There is no parking available on the street due to so many vehicles. The 3rd floor hallway where I was staying, had nasty, disgusting, smelly garbage bags. I called down to have it move, it was not moved for hours. The room. Room was clean but it was missing door handles on barn style doors. We had to wait over 2 hours for extra towels. We are a family of 5 and there were only 3 towels in the room. The TV in the bedroom did not have any signal, I called down So someone can come fix, but they never showed up. After me looking at the TV, I noticed the input cable was loose and it had previously been attempted to be fix with duck tape. Good old Tape. After messing with it, I was able to get the tv to work. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone’s.

The dinner social and complimentary breakfast were great additions to an already welcoming facility.

Was a great stay , wish they didn’t have bale parking or at least include that in the listings but it was great .

It was clean, modern and in a great location to the train and buses. Overall it was a great experience.

Like that it was close to everything and had a small kitchenette

Parking is very limited. Location is great. Breakfast is excellent...

It was advertised as having a pool but it does not have a pool. We also supposed to have a room with two queen beds and a pullout and only got one queen bed and a pullout then were unable to get a roll away.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even take care of luggage after you check out.

Location was good. Room not set up well for long term stay
