My room had no window that would open, but the HVAC was inadequate and verrrrry slow to respond. The TV would not turn on, and the shower in my colleague's room would not drain well, so he had to stand in water to use the shower. At 9 pm, I called guest services to see if there was something I needed to do to enable the HVAC and was told that it takes some time, the maintenance person had left for the day, and there was no one who could assist me.

The state was mediocre this hotel needs an update with the furniture and even the phone message because it said they had a social hour every day and when I called they said they don’t have it. They have a wonderful staff though.

My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the room. The carpets had significant stains and the kitchen area was not properly cleaned which included food debris in the microwave.

Breakfast was quite good and varied. Free coffee and tea 24/7. There is also a grocery store directly across the street for other things you may need. The rooms come with full kitchenware in case you need to cook. Walking distance to subway. Drawback - the cleaning staff like to slam the doors early in the morning during their rounds. Management, please tell them to be more mindful of guests who are sleeping.
