We stayed at this Holiday Inn recently, and the experience was disrupted by a sudden fire alarm test. There was no prior communication from the hotel — no announcement, no notice in the lobby, and no message in the room. The alarm went off loudly and unexpectedly, which caused panic and confusion. My wife was startled by the sudden noise and movement, and she ended up with neck pain from the shock of reacting so quickly. And thats really made disappointed both of us. This could have been avoided with a simple advance notice to guests. Fire safety is important, but guest communication is equally important. Hotels should inform guests before any scheduled alarm testing to prevent unnecessary fear and potential injury. Hoping the management improves communication for future guests.

Room was nice but you can hear everything, from the rooms next door and in the hallway. Also there was no mention about paying to park, it was shock hearing that when I went to check in. Don’t think I would have chosen this hotel if I knew just how much I had to pay for parking.
