Great location

Loved this place and the neighborhood. The managers were very responsive to any issues. The only challenge was the wifi was unstable at times. But overall, it was a great place and I would return!

Beautiful location close to everything

Except for a few glitches during our stay which were immediately taken care of, this was a clean and cozy, wonderful location for my husband and I to spend a few days with family and friends. There is a great museum (the Phillips) just three blocks away and lots of eateries just 2-3 blocks distance. The management team was on top of things and communicated frequently. Overall this was a great place to be and we plan on using it again whenever we are in DC.

Excellent Georgetown / Downtown Location

Perfect location for walking to Georgetown restaurants, White House, Washington Monument, and Smithsonian museums. Two different Metro stops (different lines) within easy walking too. Lovely residential neighborhood with super-quiet heating/cooling systems (one for bedroom and one for living room) which is far superior to typical hotel under window units. Very responsive host. Would select this VRBO again!

DC birthday trip

Overall, the space was clean and very well maintained in a great neighborhood. It was more than enough space for three people to stay and sleep comfortably, especially with the pullout sofa bed. The location allowed for easy access to a lot of the restaurants and activities DC has to offer and appeared very lgbt+ friendly, which was greatly appreciated.

Excellent Space - No Elevator

My stay was wonderful, and the location was perfect. The only hiccups I had while I stayed was that there was no elevator I could find so all suitcases/belongings needed to be carried up a staircase (plus the staircase outside to get into the building), and there was some trouble getting the stovetop to turn on because the drawers in the kitchen prevented the unit from remaining plugged in. I texted with the property manager about the stovetop and he was really responsive and said they'd make sure they would make some adjustments to the drawers to ensure the unit stayed plugged in. Overall, I really appreciated the space and would stay again.

Absolute best little apartment and property managers

Discover your perfect small apartment for exploring DC! Though it might seem compact at first, it’s surprisingly spacious. The cozy bedroom features a full/queen bed that’s incredibly comfy.The kitchen boasts a small table with wraparound seating for 3-4, a full-sized fridge, and a stove. Fridge was perfect for storing a few boxes of sodas for later.The living room has a sleeper sofa, which I found quite comfortable without even opening the sleeper section. Plenty of plugs are available for all your electronic needs.The bathroom is fantastic, with a walk-in shower, ample towels, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all provided. Coming from a warmer climate, we appreciated the small wall heater that quickly and cozily warmed the bathroom.The property managers were exceptional! They initiated communication a week before our arrival, ensuring our reservation was secure. They promptly addressed any questions, concerns about late arrivals, and were incredibly accommodating.Thank you for an amazing stay!
