Comfortable and well-appointed

Was a snap to work with the owner when we could not figure out the AC system. Changed it for us remotely! How cool is that? I had to do a lot of work and I really appreciated the large external monitor that was available to me (including an HDMI cable) in the study/second bedroom. Kitchen was the nicest I have been in. Fresh, updated, sunny, usable. If only on-site laundry was included, this would be the only place I would stay on my frequent visits to DC.

A gem in Capitol Hill

Location is wonderful for walking to the market and restaurants on 8th St. So close to everything! We were there in the fall and the the trees were golden! A very comfortable place to spend a long weekend!

Amazing property in an incredible neighborhood

This VRBO rental was truly fabulous. The home was well equipped and beautiful and is located in a great neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful house, great location

Great house in quiet area, in a section of Capitol Hill that is very beautiful, but also close to the shops at Eastern Market (convenient to Metro, too) and the restaurants and bars on 8th St. We walked to the National Gallery and other museums on the Mall, but it was also so much fun to just walk around Capitol Hill.

Beautiful Property l-Great Location

This is a lovely row home in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay until the thermostat for the heater stopped responding and we spent our last 2 nights in a cold house. Management tried to fix it but the problem continued. This is the only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars.

Property is nicely located within a 5 minute walk to restaurants, Trader Joes, metro station and about 1 mile to the Capitol and Supreme Court. The property has been renovated with nice finished and amenities.
