Needs more vending machines. Only one machine in the Garage. Would be nice to have a kiosk by the Hotel Concierge.

The hotel was advertised as having in-room Wi-Fi, but our devices had difficulty establishing connections, dropped them repeatedly, and sometimes could not connect at all. As a result, for approximately the first 24 hours of our two-night stay, it seemed that the majority of the time that I spent in the room and actually awake was spent repeatedly attempting to diagnose problems with the network configuration on my phone, my laptop, or my son's laptop, either on my own or on the phone with Pinnacle, the hotel's technical support provider, whom I called at least four times over the course of two days. All of their suggestions for how I could fix the problem myself (such as "bring the laptop down to the lobby, connect there, and bring it upstairs"), and their attempts to reconfigure the network remotely, were fruitless; either they had no effect at all, or they gave me a temporary feeling of relief that turned to redoubled frustration ten minutes later (or, in one case, the next morning) when the system failed again. We only got relief when I stopped treating this as a tech-support problem, and instead treated it as a customer-service problem: on Wednesday evening I went down to the front desk, told the person there what was going on, and we got transferred to a different room, where the Wi-Fi worked just fine. Any hotel that advertises itself as having wireless Internet in its guest rooms needs to verify that guests CAN connect to the Internet IN EVERY ROOM.

The property is tucked away in central Georgetown and pleasantly inconspicuous. Parking is expensive, but super-convenient, located underneath the hotel. The continental breakfast is ok. Property is in great condition and the beds are perfect! Lots of neat boutiques and restaurants and the harbor is easy walking distance from the suites.. Will stay again, easily

The room was spacious and very clean. The most closet space of any room I've ever seen and the location can't be beat! We couldn't get to the main entrance due to a street protest - which turned out to be okay, as we were able to get to the underground garage. My only complaint was that the HVAC system was very loud clicking on and off. It definitely disturbed my sleep - but I'll just bring earplugs when we stay here again - which I hope we do!

Location is excellent easy walk to waterfront as well as many nice restaurants and shops

We like the location just off m street and the quiet at night. Easy taxi or Uber to the mall and airport. Jeffrey at the desk was very helpful as was the rest of the staff. Breakfast is simple but filling and helped get our day going. We will stay again.

The location was PERFECT. Walking to everything in Georgetown.

Hotel staff were really professional and pleasant. Great value in the heart of Georgetown.

What a terrific location, wonderful staff, and superior suites! We were thrilled with an unexpected upgrade and absolutely LOVED our comfortable and spacious top floor suite with fabulous views. Great amenities, superior bed and bedding, so much space we hardly knew what to do with it! We highly recommend Georgetown Suites - it totally exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning.

Great location and price, and a very friendly staff!

Good location in Georgetown. Nice front desk staff. Room had peeling wallpaper, very dirty light switches, and little sound insulation from the noisy streets around.

Couldn’t ask for more in a hotel and in an excellent location. Also staff were all lovely and helpful.

Spacious rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay.

Pillows were terrible, didn’t really sleep. Room was nice though, good space
